Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment

• Reservations can be made online; no deposit required.
• Full payment is due on arrival at check-in.
• We accept UPI, credit / debit cards, and cash (INR).
• GST is included in the nightly rate unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Please inform us as soon as possible if your plans change so we can release your reserved dates.

3. House Rules

• Check-in 12:00 IST | Check-out 11:00 IST.
• No parties or loud music after 22:00.
• Smoking allowed on the balcony only.
• No pets allowed on the property.
• Please respect neighbours and local customs.

4. Liability

While we take reasonable care, Casa Pedro is not liable for loss, theft, or injury beyond our control. Guests are advised to secure valuables and obtain travel insurance.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or end a stay early if house rules are breached or illegal activity occurs. A pro-rata refund will be issued where appropriate.
